offices are open Monday through Friday from
8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. A physician will remain
on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you
need to reach a physician in an emergency situation,
please contact our office at 972-596-6676. If
the emergency is after hours, the answering
service will contact the physician on call.

Fees & Payment
The
Maze Procedure is a surgical option for patients
suffering from atrial fibrillation. The Maze
Procedure is covered by most major insurance
companies for the treatment of atrial fibrillation.
The surgical fees include:

The pre-procedure examination.

The Maze Procedure, and initial standard
medications.

Post-procedure care that includes a three-week
follow-up examination, and an examination
at 12 months following the procedure.

The submission of your confidential patient
information
into a national database for research purposes.
